To celebrate the 16th anniversary of the Gears of War franchise, The Coalition and Netflix have announced that the iconic video game series will be adapted into a full-fledged live-action feature film. The film will be followed up with an adult-animated series.
There has been a multitude of attempts to bring the "Gears of War" series to the big screen for years with none ever coming to fruition. No further details for the projects have been announced at this time.
