Street Fighter 6 Showcase Recap
Hosted by Lil Wayne, Capcom gave us a final deep dive into Street Fighter 6. We got a great look at the game's World Tour Mode. The mode will give players the ability to explore the world in a giant single-player story. You will meet and fight all of the fighters in Street Fighter 6 and learn from them. Capcom says the mode will be unlike anything Street Fighter has ever offered.
With all the skills and moves players learn in World Tour, the player characters will be able to take that online and fight in the Battle Hub. The Battle Hub will give players all over the world the ability to fight each other and even make clubs that are fully customizable.
Finally, Capcom also revealed the Year 1 lineup for DLC characters. Summer 2023 will see Rashid join the fight, while A.K.I, an all-new character joins the roster in the Fall. 2024 will see Ed in the Winter, and finally Akuma in the Spring.
