"The Witcher" Remake in Development at CD Projekt Red

CD Projekt Red has officially confirmed that the Canis Majoris, one of the many projects announced just a couple of weeks ago, will be a built-from-the-ground-up remake of the original "The Witcher" game. Developed by the Polish studio Fool's Theory, "The Witcher Remake" is in early development with no current release window.

"The Witcher: Enhanced Edition" (2008)

The original 2007 game was CD Projekt Red's first game ever released. It will be interesting to see what the remake changes up and how it compares to the more modern-day titles.
